  Incredible. How they can improve on the classic waffle is beyond me, but somehow they manage. We had the goat farmer breakfast wrap and the Cuban sandwich with fresh house made chips. Flavor was spot on and sooo fresh. We will be back!!!
  
  UPDATE
  Well. I waited zero days to return! Haha! -shared lunch with my coworker. Excellent! We had the CHEWban and pasta salad. We also tried both of the soups today- curry cauliflower and the potato corn chowder. Delicious! The sign of a great chef is in the soup and these are amazing.  Definitely one of my new favorite places.

  Excellent!!!  Definitely recommend.  Large servings. Quality food.
  
  Staff made you feel welcome.  Hidden gem.  The corned beef hash was phenomenal.

  If the point of sandwich craft is to elevate the art of eating out of hand, then the Earl of Sandwich would like this place. These folks take sandwiches to a whole new level.
  
  Ambience -
  This is a casual dining experience, which is on brand with the rest of Panama City Beach. You're ok wearing a T-shirt, shorts and flip flops in here. The menu is folded paper. You order and pay at the counter. Food is brought to your table.
  
  Food -
  Their sandwich game is tight.  I'm not somebody who likes sandwiches a lot, but this place has shown me the light. Choice meats, fresh veg, different types of bread (to match the individual sandwiches) all come together into a finely tuned amalgam of flavor.
  
  My wife and I have eaten here several times during our vacation week -- we can highly recommend the "Chewban" (their excellent take on a Cuban), the meatloaf sandwich (a daily special - it was amazing), the fancy grilled cheese, and the "Will's revenge".
  
  Service -
  Their customer service is hometown friendly without being overbearing. Insightful without being too technical. In short, it's good. Give them good tips. Don't forget: order at the counter. They'll deliver your food to your table.
  
  Value for money -
  Their sandwiches might be slightly more expensive than subway, but they have larger portions and astronomically more flavor and texture. I've never wanted to marry a subway sandwich. I want these sandwiches to have my babies. There is a difference, and you can tell.
  
  Pro tips -
  Taco Tuesday. Happens only on Tuesdays. That's probably the only time you'll see tacos on the menu here. I highly recommend being here on Tuesday to try them. I'm an Arizona native who misses good Mexican food. These hit the spot and made me wish there were more Tuesdays in a week. If you're on the fence, get the crunchy pork tacos. ¡Muy bien!
  
  Daily specials. They are a thing here. I guess the chefs get a stroke of genius sometimes and their customers are the lucky recipients. If the daily special scratches an itch, get it. It's probably very good.
  
  Summary -
  This place has good yelp reviews for a reason. They make good food, consistently. It's probably worth the drive from more distant beach towns like Destin or St Andrews. I know we'll be back whenever we're in town!

  Small place, nicely decorated.
  Very friendly owners/staff... They really make you feel welcome.
  They run daily specials and if your lucky you might get it before it sells out! They sometimes offer a chicken salad/walnut/strawberry wrap that is outta this world delicious:) Take a sec and folliw them on fb so you don't miss out on any other their terrific dishes at very reasonable prices too.

  Today was our first time eating at Chewie's. The first impression of the restaurant atmosphere is very pleasant and inviting. The girl at the cash register was very nice and friendly also very helpful to answer our questions. I had the brunch special and everything on my plate was absolutely delicious. My husband had a salad with blue cheese and it was phenomenal! All the homemade dressings we tried were yummy. I can't wait to go back and try more things! This place is def a gem & I love supporting family and locally owned places!
